Report an Error or Infringement

The Site's data comes from many public sources, so mistakes are inevitable. There may also be photos or text whose rights holders do not agree to our use of them. Please tell us and we will deal with it as soon as possible.

What you can report

• Incorrect data: schedules, a business that has closed, a wrong phone number or opening hours, a mistake in a person's profile, or an error in an attraction's description.
• Copyright: you are the copyright holder of a photo or text and do not agree to the Site's use of it, or you would like the credit changed.
• Personal data and likeness: the Site has published your name, phone number, photo, or background, and you would like it changed or removed.
• Inappropriate content: an article, bulletin, or review posted by a member violates the Terms of Service.

Please include in your email

1. The URL of the page concerned (or a screenshot).
2. What is wrong and what the correct information is (a source is even better).
3. For copyright or personal-data reports, please explain your relationship to the content (for example, you are the photographer, or you are the person concerned) and what you would like us to do (remove it, change the credit, or correct it).
4. A way for us to contact you.

How we handle reports

• As a rule, we reply within 7 days of receipt, and remove or correct the content or explain the outcome.
• For photos or content that a rights holder asks us to remove, we take them down first once confirmed, and then discuss whether they can be used under some other form of license.
• To confirm that you are the rights holder or the person concerned, we may ask you for further details. The information you provide is used only to handle that report.
