掃蕩違法章魚籠 9日白廟、高登海域再起獲222具

【記者吳嘉榮報導】縣府持續進行違法章魚籠突襲掃蕩作業，8月9日再出動，於北竿鄉白廟及高登海域起獲222具違法章魚籠，透過近期大力清除，目前該區域經查視已暫無違法籠具蹤跡。

　進入8月後海象平緩，縣府正全力加速違法章魚籠查緝作業，由海洋委員會海巡署艦隊分署第十海巡隊巡防艇戒護，搭配產發處委託的民間漁船執行違法網具撈捕。產發處表示，目前已委辦民間業者執行109年廢棄漁網具清除計畫，於今年5月起掃蕩章魚籠數共計沒入2936具章魚籠，爾後預計仍將施行海域淨空作業，每次都將與海巡隊合作，戒護拖網船隻進行清除，強行沒入違法漁具，且執行範圍佈及四鄉五島海域。

　依108年1月31日漁業法令公告，連江縣海域經營或兼營籠具作業漁船應行遵守及注意事項，明定本縣海域管轄範圍內禁止使用任何方式施放籠具類漁具採捕水產動物。對於海上非法章魚籠漁具，產發處將持續取締，以維護馬祖海域棲地資源，且違法施放籠具者將處3萬元以上，15萬元以下罰鍰，盼施放籠具的違法業者莫存僥倖心態，儘速收回違法章魚籠具，以免受罰。
